Paperback to Hardcover

Have a stack of paperback books that could use sturdier housings? In this workshop we will discuss options for protecting and reinforcing paperbacks, and each person will build and attach a cloth-covered hard case to enclose a softcover book. I will have paperbacks available for use in the workshop, and I encourage you to bring books you are thinking of re-covering so that we can discuss options. *Note: this workshop is intended to teach a method for working artistically with non-valuable books...always consult a book conservator for valuable books in need of repair.*
